Objectives: There are different treatments for mandibular margin relaxation according to its different types. The purpose of this study is to study the different treatment methods for different types of mandibular edge relaxation and aging, and how to combine the best effect.
Introduction: Due to ethnic reasons, Asians have poor bone and muscle development in the lower face, and many people do not have a clear jaw line. With age, sagging and sagging of the lower face is the primary manifestation of many aging people: including but not limited to skin sagging, blurred mandibular edge, double chin, marionette lines and so on.
Materials / method: 50 outpatient patients with anti-aging needs of mandibular margin were collected. According to the specific classification of relaxation, comprehensive treatment including operation, skin and injection was performed according to the specific classification, and the improvement degree and patient satisfaction were observed after surgery.
Results: The aging of mandibular margin can be divided into five types: skeletal type, soft tissue hypertrophy type, sagging type, mixed type and iatrogenic type. For different types, the combined use of surgery, photoelectric instrument, linear lifting, botox and other methods can achieve satisfactory results.
Conclusion: In view of different types of lower face aging, from the perspective of etiology, following the Oriental unique aesthetic evaluation, different types of mandibular edge aging are classified, through different means of addition, reduction, tightening, brightening and elastic, with the help of surgery, instruments, non-invasive injection combined treatment, can achieve a good treatment plan, restore youth beautification and other effects
