Dr Shail Prasad is a Reconstructive and Cosmetic Gynaecologist in India.she is joint secretary of The Society of Cosmetic Gynaecology and executive committee member of  Urogynaecology & Pelvic Health Association of India.

She graduated M.B.B.S. from prestigious MGM medical college.She further excelled in her studies earned a top Rank in National Medical Entrance Exam NEET PG and completed her Masters in Obstetrics & Gynecology MS degree from Top Medical College IMS B.H.U., Banaras Hindu University. 

She did her Senior Residency in Superspeciality branch at Division of Reconstructive and Cosmetic Gynaecology, AIIMS,Rishikesh.

With an impressive academic background and passion for advancing women’s healthcare , she pursued a Three year  Postdoctoral Residency Fellowship in the Reconstructive & Cosmetic Gynaecology at ICCG under mentorship of Renowned Cosmetic Gynaecologist prof.Dr. Navneet Magon.

She has a credit of India’s first Gynaecologist who has Three year Post Doctoral Residency Fellowship in the field Reconstructive & Cosmetic Gynaecology.

She also received specialised training in Urogynaecology. She is invited speaker and trainer of Reconstructive & Cosmetic Gynaecology and Urogynaecology  at ICCG. She is currently working as Associate Consultant Cosmetic Gynaecologist at Elle Sante LUX DELHI, a chain of Reconstructive & Cosmetic Gynaecology centre.
