Objectives: To be able to establish which available solutions in Mesotherapy/Multineedling injection techniques are effective for skin rejuvenation of the whole face that can address pigmentary problems (melasma, ephelids, PIH), texture and tone of the facial skin.

Introduction: Mesotherapy/Multineedling procedure combines a mixture of powerful vitamins, plant extracts, enzymes and hormones which are injected into the lower layer of the skin using a meso device with one needle, whereas microneedling makes use of a machine and microscopic needles to make channels or puncture marks activating the production of collagen and elastin.

2.5 to 3ml solution of personalized cocktail depending on the indication of the skin is prepared. Chosen solution will be mixed using a mixing tube and two pieces of 3ml syringes. Solution will be introduced intradermally in the skin using either mesotheramesotherapy or multineedling techniques. Patient are requested to come back 2 weeks after for at least 4-6 sessions.

Results: Even after a single session of Mesotherapy/Multineedling injection patient’s skin looks hydrated, glowing, radiant, firmer even in tone and texture. Patients with pigmentary problems and oiliness are most satisfied with the results.

Conclusion: This mesotherapy/multineedling procedure is done by injecting small amounts of pharmaceutical, plant extracts, vitamins and also cocktails of nutrients like hyaluronic acid, amino acid and minerals just underneath the surface layer of the skin. The clinician is able to design the cocktail for each patient’s needs.

Objectives: To demonstrate the techniques in cocktail mixtures for skin boosters to achieve a "glass skin look"
To share specific outcomes in cases addressing skin laxity, pore size, pigmentation and skin texture.
To show how skin rejuvenation is achieved in terms of a novel technique combining toxins, hyaluronic acid, depigmenting agents and anti oxidants on top of other known traditional methods of doing fillers and toxins.

Introduction: The desire to combat the signs of aging, to achieve and to preserve the image of youthful, pore less, radiant, hydrated and luminous skin has caused a rave in social media called " glass skin" . Skin boosters which target the intradermal layers of the skin repairs, restores and rejuvenates the signs of ageing . A skin cocktail tailored per individual to increase skin turgor and elasticity , diminish pore size, tighten, hydrate and lift the skin will be detailed with before and after images in a variety of patients in the range of 40s to 80s .

Materials / method: Patients advised to stop taking vitamins, blood thinners 3 days prior to procedure. A painkiller or tranexamic acid may be taken on the day of the procedure . Face is cleansed and anesthesia cream should be generously applied to the entire for for 30 to 45 mins . Skin cocktail is then mixed tailored to each patient which may differ in quantity of each ingredient . A 9 pin needle is utilized to inject a total of 2.5-3 cc cocktail with an automated injector machine. Patient advised not to wash face for 24 hours, avoid heat and sweating.

Results: after a single session, with a downtime of about a few hours and some with occasional pinpoint bruising Procedure did not have any major adverse effect such as irritation , swelling nor dermatitis. The general effect of a tight , luminous, well hydrated skin was achieved within 3- 7 days. in all patients. Some patients needing additional intramuscular doses of neuromodulators or fillers may be done after 1 week. Procedure may be repeated every 3 months depending on the patients desire. However, effect of the previous treatment is still evident over time even with a single treatment.

Conclusion: Skin boosters using a cocktail of non crosslinked hyaluronic acid, growth factors, amino acids, peptides, dimethylaminoethanol(DMAE), tranexamic acid, idebenone, N-acetyl glucosamine, vitamin C and neuromodulators in different combinations result in a hydrated, tight , refined , lifted , brighter and luminous skin in a single treatment with results lasting for 3-6 months .

Objectives: The primary objective of this case series was to assess facial skin physiology on the skin rejuvenating effect before and after a treatment of combining Microfocused ultrasound technology with visualization, polydensified monophasic hyaluronic acid and incobotulinum toxin A in a series of female patients with symmetrical mild to moderate facial skin laxity/ Fasil Class 1-3.

Introduction: Microinjections of hyaluronic acid and neurotoxin have been proven to improve skin hydration while microfocused ultrasound with visualization (MFUV) improves skin laxity.  This case series is the first to combine MFUV and premixed ‘hydrotoxin’ for rejuvenation of mild to moderate face skin laxity.
 

Materials / method: Five subjects received a treatment of MFUV and intradermal microinjections of premixed hyaluronic acid and neurotoxin with assessments until day 90.
 

Results: A single treatment session of the combination of MFUV and injected polydensified hyaluronic acid and incobotulinumtoxinA resulted in statistically significant increases in cutaneous hydration (p<0.007) with a 25% increase in mean corneometer readings at day 60. Statistically significant decreases in TEWL (p<0.003) with a 70% decrease in mean tewameter readings at day 30. Statistically significant decreases in sebum production (p<0.02) and FASIL laxity scores (p<0.02) were also demonstrated. Statistically significant increases in elasticity (p<0.007) levels were also noted.

Conclusion: The combination protocol of Microfocused ultrasound with visualization (MFU-V) with hyaluronic acid and incobotulinum toxin A did not alter skin physiology and barrier function. It significantly increased skin hydration, decreased transepidermal water loss, decreased sebum production and increased skin viscoelasticity 30 and 90 days post treatment , resulting in tightening, lifting and cutaneous rejuvenation.
