Dr. Shumaila Khan is a well-known and highly skilled Aesthetic Physician. She started her career from Dermatology Department at PIMS, Islamabad, where she got trained under some of Pakistan’s most esteemed dermatologists. Dr. Shumaila further polished her skills by completing post-graduate studies in Dermatology at Cardiff University, Wales (UK). She also earned a Diplomate in Aesthetics, Laser, and Mesotherapy from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (USA) and received advanced training in Aesthetic Medicine from Derma Medical, UK. Certified expert trainer for JALUPRO and Art Academy, with advanced credentials including "Artistic Facial Transformation" from Derma Medical (by Dr. Zack Ally), "Dermal Fillers Level 2 (Hands-On Training)" from the Dr. Bob Khanna Training Institute (by Dr. Bob Khanna), and the "1-2-1 Full Face Masterclass with Dermal Fillers" from The Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (by Gurnam Virdi).
She is the General Secretary of the Association of Aesthetic Physicians of Pakistan (AAPP) and also founding member & CEO of the Advance Academy of Medical Aesthetics (AAMA).
As a passionate educator, Dr. Shumaila plays an active role in advancing the field of Aesthetic Medicine. She is Course Director and faculty for Aesthetic Medicine diplomas at Riphah International University and on the faculty of Health Services Academy and in Islamabad and serves as visiting faculty for Khyber Medical University’s Master’s program in Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr. Shumaila is a sought-after speaker, regularly contributing to national and international platforms. Her speaking engagements include prestigious events such as the CAD Conference, Pakistan Association of Aesthetic Dermatologists and Surgeons (PAADS), the International Health Expo, FACE Conference in London, AMWC South East Asia, and the WMAC Egypt, among others.
